Welcome! My name is Ido Nir, and I am currently Ramon AZA’s Moreh. My goals for this term are obviously to recruit, retain, and educate members, but more than that, I want to give every member an opportunity to lead. There are many ways I want to do this, starting with creating chairmen positions (like the Machshev chairman who updates this website). Currently, I’m also focused on retention. Ramon has many members who pop in every few months or have gone somewhat inactive. I strongly believe that a lot of these people can become very active and connect to Ramon with the right push.
